    Quotation & schedule

    Fixed all-in price, line by line. Milestone schedule shared with you and your designer. Site access confirmed.

  3. IIIWeek 2 +

    Build

    Construction commences. Same project lead throughout. Weekly photo reports. Your designer can visit at any time — we coordinate directly.

  4. IVHandover

    Handover & cover

    Defects list cleared. Keys handed to you, space ready to use.
